Welt Motors in JUSTICE denies agreement with BMW S 1000 RR in WARRANTY? DO YOU HAVE THIS PROBLEM?


On 16/04/2012 , I bought a bike BMW S 1000 RR , CHASSIS No. WB1052400CZ031088 , the company WELT MOTORS LTD , CNPJ / MF n º 02.191.457/0001-56 , CF / DF No. 07378298 / 001 -00 , headquartered in Brasilia International Airport Sector Dealers , Lot 1 , Brasilia / DF . The price paid for the acquisition WELT MOTORS LTD was U.S. $ 30,000.00 (thirty thousand dollars) . The BMW S 1000 RR Motorcycle presented several quality defects on several occasions as varied as possible, according to the Service Orders I will mention .
As an example , I have the Service Order no. 34,484 and 38,587 , on 07/05/2012 , 21 days after the purchase , when the bike had problems with the ignition switch (not working) and was launched on 29/06/2012 , Service Order no . 34643 and 34465 , on 09/07/2012 , two months and a few days after purchase , to make a RECALL, opened the engine and replaced many parts of it, being released three months later; Service Order no . 39530 , to make a RECALL on the bolt of the support bracket of the side stand , the Service Order no . 33607 , Service Order no . 42970 , on 29/10/2013 , the bike had problems with the ignition switch again ( did not work) and began appearing engine failures , being placed on the dynamometer and made several tests , released on 22.11.2013 , Order of Service n . 43892 and 36749 , on 20/12/2013 , presented the same problems as engine failures , far worse , failing that, even at low speeds .
So far the problem has not been resolved , the dealership did not even found the source of the problem , and now the bike is the BMW workshop in Brasilia Airport / DF .
Based on the foregoing , I request immediate replacement product or full refund .
I have already registered a criminal occurrence in the CORF , the police station of consumers , and they will be called BMW on 31/01/14 . An official letter will be sent to BMW in Brazil .
I also recorded an occurrence in PROCON , institute of consumer protection , in 30.01.14 , and I 'm waiting for the response letter to the BMW dealership and BMW Brazil . If there is no agreement , will sign a representation .
I entered JUSTICE, because BMW did not resçarcir other bike, or money back.
I await news because the forum with BMW's April 08, 2014, and did not want more problems, only my right.
